Finalmouse spent 4 years and more than 50 prototypes on the SLX shape, designed for tactical shooters such as Counter-Strike, with a fuller rear hump for more palm support.
Just 38 grams
The body is a new carbon fiber super composite developed with aerospace manufacturing partners. With a density below 0.9 g/cm³ it is lighter than water, with about 70% more carbon fiber reinforcement and over 3 times the strength-to-weight ratio of magnesium.
TMR-DS™ click system
A magnet sits beneath each clicker and a TMR sensor reads it, so the click is detected before the switch actuates. Click latency drops by up to 35 ms, actuation adjusts in 0.01 mm steps across 40 levels, and the feel comes from Huano Blue Shell Pink Dot switches.
No creaks, no flex
The unibody main cage goes from 4 parts to 3, locked by 15 graphite-coated titanium screws of about 0.02 g each, with openings only where the hand never touches.
8000 Hz, all the time
PerfectPolling™ and PerfectSync™ hold the polling rate at 8000 Hz while using about as much battery as 1000 Hz. It is also the first Finalmouse with a high-speed USB Nordic nRF54LM20 in both the mouse and the receiver.

Done the day it reaches us
When your mouse reaches our store, the team replaces the faulty part, such as a double-clicking switch or a scroll wheel, with a new genuine part and ships it back the same day (business days, Monday to Saturday 10:00 to 19:00; anything arriving after hours or on Sunday is done the next business day).
New parts, same numbered body
Every SLX Achilles body carries its own serial number, so under Finalmouse policy warranty service replaces parts rather than the mouse. If the main PCB is faulty, it is replaced with a new part and fitted back into the customer's original body, so the mouse keeps its number.

SLX takes the Starlight-12 / ULX shape and gives it a larger, fuller rear hump. Overall it is slightly smaller than the Finalmouse ULX in size L and noticeably larger than size M.

What does the warranty cover?
Faults from normal use: clicks not registering, double-clicking, sensor faults, a scroll wheel that does not scroll or skips steps, wireless dropping out abnormally often, side buttons not working, and manufacturing defects.
What voids the warranty?
Opening or modifying the mouse, replacing switches, water or moisture damage, drops or impact, repairs by another shop, a damaged warranty sticker or unreadable serial number, or no proof of purchase from an authorized dealer.
