Refund policy
Effective: June 2026 | Micemod Corporation Co., Ltd.
This policy applies to products purchased through micemod.gg. The warranty in Section 2 also covers products bought from an authorized dealer supplied by Micemod.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse by contacting support@micemod.gg or Facebook: facebook.com/micemodth with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled; you may instead exercise your rights under the Return and Refund sections below.
- A full refund is available only if you paid the full amount by credit or debit card (not installments) and cancel before 7:00 PM (Bangkok time) on the day of payment. If you paid after 7:00 PM, you can cancel until 7:00 PM the next day.
- In all other cases, such as installments, PromptPay, ShopeePay, TrueMoney, or cancelling after the time above, we refund the amount minus the fee the payment provider actually charges. For installment payments, the installment interest for the number of months you chose is also deducted.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method, except PromptPay, which we refund by bank transfer.

Pre-order Cancellation
For pre-order items, such as Finalmouse limited editions. Please check the model, color and payment method carefully before you order, as almost every cancellation involves a fee.
- We ship your order as soon as it arrives in Thailand.
- A full refund is available only if you paid the full amount by credit or debit card (not installments) and cancel before 7:00 PM (Bangkok time) on the day of payment. If you paid after 7:00 PM, you can cancel until 7:00 PM the next day.
- In all other cases, such as installments, PromptPay, ShopeePay, TrueMoney, or cancelling after the time above, we refund the amount minus the fee the payment provider actually charges, even if you cancel on the same day. For installment payments, the installment interest for the number of months you chose is also deducted; the interest rate depends on the bank or card you used. See how the refund is calculated, with examples, below.
- Cancellations must be requested within 7 days of payment, counting the payment date as day 1 (for example, if you paid on the 1st, you can cancel until the 7th).
- Refunds go back to your original payment method, except PromptPay, which we refund by bank transfer. If the original method cannot receive a refund, we transfer it to your bank account instead.
- Once the item has been dispatched, the Return Policy below applies.
How the refund is calculated

- Refund = amount paid − fee
- Fee = amount paid × fee rate × 1.07 (7% VAT)
- Fee rates: credit or debit card 3.65%, PromptPay 1.65%, ShopeePay 5%
- 0% installments: fee rate = 3.65% + monthly installment interest × number of months. The interest depends on the bank or card you used, as shown below.

1. Dead on Arrival (DOA): Within 7 Days
Covers every product category, from the date you receive your order.
A product qualifies as DOA if:
- It does not power on or function out of the box
- You received the wrong model or color, or items are missing from the box
- It has a clear manufacturing defect
How to claim: Send photos or a video showing the problem, along with your order number, to support@micemod.gg or Facebook: micemodth within 7 days of receipt.
Resolution: Replacement or full refund. Micemod covers all shipping costs.

Each mouse's warranty length is tied to its serial number. You can check your coverage anytime at warranty.micemod.gg.
The warranty covers products purchased from Micemod or from an authorized dealer supplied by Micemod, under the same terms and periods. For dealer purchases, please keep the dealer's receipt as proof of purchase.
What the warranty covers:
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Products that do not function as described, where the fault is not caused by use
What the warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or liquid exposure
- Cosmetic scratches that do not affect function
- Unauthorized disassembly or self-repair
- Products with a removed or defaced serial number
- Products not purchased from Micemod or an authorized Micemod dealer
3. Return Policy
Consumables (mousepads, mouse feet, mouse grips, keycaps, arm sleeves): Cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.
Mouse: returnable within 7 days, provided all of the following are met:
- In original condition with no signs of use
- Complete packaging and all accessories included
- Valid proof of purchase
4. Evidence Required for All Claims
- Order Number
- Photos or video showing the problem
- Photos of the box and serial number (for mouse claims only)
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, Micemod will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 15 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
